Add Participants to a Contract

Participants are individuals who represent the different parties involved in a contract and are responsible for reviewing or signing documents during the Contract Distribution & Execution (CD&E) stage.

When to Add Participants​

You should add participants when:

  • You are preparing a contract for approval or signature.
  • You need to define who will be responsible for reviewing or signing documents.

To Add a Participant​

  1. Go to the project’s Contract Distribution & Execution stage.
  2. Click the Contract Execution tab.
  3. Click Add Participant.
  4. Fill in the Name and Contact Info, or select an existing participant from the list.
  5. Click Save to add them to the contract.
Assign Signature Blocks

After adding participants, you can assign them to specific signature blocks in your contract documents.
