Add Participants to a Contract
Participants are individuals who represent the different parties involved in a contract and are responsible for reviewing or signing documents during the Contract Distribution & Execution (CD&E) stage.
When to Add Participants​
You should add participants when:
- You are preparing a contract for approval or signature.
- You need to define who will be responsible for reviewing or signing documents.
To Add a Participant​
- Go to the project’s Contract Distribution & Execution stage.
- Click the Contract Execution tab.
- Click Add Participant.
- Fill in the Name and Contact Info, or select an existing participant from the list.
- Click Save to add them to the contract.
Assign Signature Blocks
After adding participants, you can assign them to specific signature blocks in your contract documents.
