Accept an Invitation to a Project

This guide explains how assigned participants from other departments or organizations can accept a project invitation after receiving it via email from the Multi-Party Project Assignment (MPPA) stage.

When to Accept an Invitation

You should accept a project invitation when:

  • You’ve received an email invitation as the primary contact for your department.
  • You are expected to participate in a multi-party project.
  • You want to begin contributing to the assigned workflow stages.

To Accept an Invitation to a Project

  1. Open the email invitation and click Start Your Project.
  2. Click The Project Card with the gray banner to team members.
  3. Select the appropriate Project Workflow Template if prompted.
Once accepted, you’ll be redirected to your first stage of participation based on the project configuration.
