Send Out Evaluations for Completion
This guide explains how to send evaluations to assigned team members, setting deadlines and providing instructions so they can begin scoring supplier submissions.
When to Send Out Evaluations​
You should send out evaluations when you need to:
- Evaluators have been assigned to the correct workbook.
- You’re ready to initiate the scoring process.
- You want evaluators to begin reviewing supplier responses against defined criteria.
To Send Out Evaluations​
- In the Submissions Evaluation stage, click Begin Evaluation next to the workbook.
- In the Send Out for Evaluation modal, review the assigned evaluators.
Important
If evaluators are missing or incorrect, close the modal and update assignments before continuing.
- (Optional) Select Request for evaluation to be completed by a specific date?, then choose a deadline from the date picker.
- (Optional) Enter a message to evaluators with instructions or context.
- Click Send for Evaluation.
This action sends an email notification to evaluators with a direct link to the evaluation.
