Submit Questions During Q&A as a Supplier

When Q&A is enabled in a project, suppliers may submit questions and view published answers. All questions and answers are shared transparently with other participating suppliers.

When to Submit Questions​

You should submit questions when:

  • The project’s Q&A window is active.
  • You need clarification before submitting a proposal.
  • You want to review previously answered supplier questions.

To Submit or Edit Questions​

  1. From the Opportunities Dashboard, select the project with an active Q&A.
  2. Click the Q&A tab to open the Questions & Answers table.
  3. Click Submit Question to open the input dialog.
  4. Type your question and click Publish Question.
Need to Edit a Question?

You may edit your question only if it has not yet been answered:

  • Click on the question from the list.
  • Update the text.
  • Click Publish Question to save changes.
