Clear Out Form Fields

This guide explains how project owners or stage leads can reset all answers in a Form Builder stage, allowing collaborators to start with a blank slate. Clearing a submission is useful when the data collected is no longer valid, the project requirements change, or you want to rerun the form with a different group of stakeholders.

When to Clear Out Form Fields

You should clear a form submission when:

  • Submitted data is incorrect or outdated.
  • You need a fresh submission from the team.

To Clear Out Form Fields

  1. From the Projects Dashboard, open the active project containing the Form Builder stage.

  2. In the stage header, click the second Kebab menu.
  3. Select Clear form submission.

  4. Click Confirm to apply changes.
