Restore Archived Form Templates

This how-to guide focuses on restoring archived Form Templates in Authorium. Restoring a Form Template allows you to reinstate a previously archived template for active use in projects.

When to Restore an Archived Form Template​

You should restore a Form Template when you need to:

  • Reuse a previously archived template in new projects.
  • Recover an old template that was mistakenly archived.
  • Maintain consistency by bringing back an existing structure instead of creating a new template from scratch.

To Restore an Archived Form Template​

  1. Click Configuration from the sidebar.
  2. Select the Global Project Content tab.
  3. Select the Form Templates sub-tab.
  4. Click the View Archive button, located near the +Add Form Template button.

  5. Locate the template you wish to restore from the archive list and click the Kebab menu on the far right of the archived template.
  6. Click Unarchive Form from the dropdown menu.

  7. Click Unarchive Form Template to proceed.
