Global Project Content Overview
Global Project Content refers to forms and documents stored in a central library for reuse across multiple Project Templates in Authorium. It helps you:
- Standardize recurring clauses or sections.
- Save time by not recreating assets from scratch.
- Maintain version control and change history.
When to Use Global Project Content vs. Project-Specific Content
You should centralize content globally when:
- You need to reuse a form or document across multiple project types.
- You want a single “master” version that, once updated, propagates to new projects.
- You require version control or need to archive outdated revisions of the same asset.
- Multiple business units or teams need the same form or document.
You should use Project-Specific Content when:
- You have workflows or formats that vary by stage.
