When to Create a Global Form

You should Create a global form when:

  • You need a standardized form used in multiple project types.
  • You want to introduce a new data collection process.
  • You are building a reusable template for future projects.

To Create a New Global Form

  1. Go to Configuration > Global Project Content > Form Templates.

  2. Click + Add Form Template in the top right corner.

  3. Fill in the basic details:

    • Title: Enter a clear, descriptive name for the form.
    • Description: Briefly explain the form’s purpose and intended use.
  4. Add and configure form components:

    • Use the Basic, Advanced, Layout, or Premium tabs to drag and drop components into the form canvas.
    • The configuration panel opens automatically after placing a component. Use the Display, Data, Validation, and Conditional tabs to set field properties, validation rules, and logic.
