Summary​

The July 2025 Authorium release delivers meaningful improvements across document collaboration, evaluations, contracts, submissions, and reporting—making your everyday workflows faster, clearer, and easier to manage.

Collaborative Document Management (CDM)​

  • Import Word Documents into Collaborative Documents: Upload Word files with formatting and tracked changes intact—no cleanup needed.
  • Preview Page Breaks While Editing: See how content will paginate before export and insert manual breaks for better layout control.

  • Manage Complex Contracts Without Disruptions: Award a single contract to multiple suppliers, assign supplier-specific content, and add reviewers mid-process without duplicating work.
  • Compare Versions and Changes in Amendments: Track and visualize changes between contracts and amendments with clear formatting and version history.

  • Keep Supplier Profiles Current with Agency-Specific Surveys: Collect updated supplier details with surveys tied to each agency’s needs—answers appear directly in profiles.

Summary:​

Bring your existing Microsoft Word files into Authorium without losing formatting, page layout, or structure. Continue collaborating exactly where your team left off, with no need to copy, paste, or reformat.

New Functionalities Added:​

  • Upload Word files and convert them into editable collaborative documents in Authorium.
  • Preserve structure and formatting, so your original layout remains intact.
  • Move external drafts into CDM stages without manual rework or copying.
  • Streamline collaboration, even when work starts outside the platform.

Manage Complex Contracts Without Disruptions​

Summary:​

This new feature streamlines the creation of multi-award contracts, allowing a single contract to be efficiently awarded to multiple vendors. By using a Contract Distribution & Execution (CD&E) stage, the system generates identical contract content for each vendor, eliminating redundant work and increasing efficiency. The process is further enhanced by enabling the request and upload of additional documents directly from suppliers and allowing external participants to be invited to the review process via email, simplifying collaboration and document management.

New Functionalities Added:​

  • Award to multiple suppliers without requiring deliverables, making multi-award scenarios simpler to manage.
  • Invite awarded suppliers via email to participate in document review without switching tools.
  • Assign suppliers to specific documents within a contract package to prevent confusion and streamline the review process.

Preview Page Breaks While Editing​

See how your document will paginate as you type. Add manual breaks or rely on automatic ones to control the final layout before exporting.

New Functionalities Added:​

  • Preview automatic page breaks as you edit to see how the document will paginate when exported or printed.
  • Insert or remove manual page breaks directly while editing to define page divisions.
  • When added, manual page breaks replace automatic pagination to ensure the exported document matches your intended layout.

Share Supplier-Ready Documents​

Summary:​

Create clean, external-facing versions of your documents that remove internal content and display unfilled fields as plain text, ready to share with suppliers.

New Functionalities Added:​

  • Remove internal sections and insights from the supplier-facing view of documents.
  • Display unfilled variables as plain text, so suppliers see complete content.
  • Exclude internal-only and reference documents that are not meant for external review.
